Abstract:

This research seeks to explore the relationship between human resource architecture and knowledge transfer across banking organizations. And explain the nature of the conceptual and philosophical relationship between them and the impact of applying human resources architectural methods in them This is an attempt to close the knowledge gap between the research variables As well as know the basic theories that make up the human resources architecture as well as its main dimensions and identifying the factors affecting it and human resources practices to be consistent with the workforce architecture perspective to reach architectural innovation in human resources management. And explore the conceptual and influential relationship between human resources architecture and knowledge transfer in organizations by understanding how knowledge is formed, transferred, and exchanged based on the human resources architectural perspective. The research concluded that the knowledge transfer process depends mainly on the human resources architecture, and the human resources architecture is a map that guides the transfer of knowledge within the organization, contributing to building talents from the workforce, which in turn achieves a competitive advantage.
