In the education system, teachers are considered to be the main pillars. They are the mediums, because the knowledge of mediums has been used for a long time. Teachers cannot be an effective source of knowledge unless they have the necessary skills, knowledge and talent. Emotion is a more individual experience than personality, mood and nature. Emotion is a feeling which is personal or subjective. Emotions play an important role in guiding the behavior of an individual. Emotions play an important role in giving a particular direction to our behavior and thus shaping our personality according to their development. In order to make education meaningful, it should not only be the goal of physical or mental development of the individual, but the needs and aspirations of a developing society should also be kept in mind. Teachers' feelings are important in this regard. Human beings are psychologically very complex. The human mind is capable of reasoning, remembering, learning, and forming concepts or ideas, as well as direct action for specific characteristics. In other words, humans are only attracted by reason or intelligence, rather they are attracted by passion, emotion or any other emotion that they are attracted to by thirst often in the direction of action. These feelings are called emotions
