Study of the Effect on Personality and Academic Achievement of Students after Teaching by Traditional Method and after Teaching by Multi-media Approach

In a multi-media approach, the word multi-media refers to more than one medium. More than one technique and means are used in this approach. Various media are used by the teacher to convey the content to the students. Such as lecture, OHP, tape recorder, slide, module, TV, computer, textbook, film, radio, seminar, workshop, various methods, systems etc. Traditional and Multi-media Approach Educational group of students- Significant difference in achievement was found. The achievement of students was found to be high based on the multiple medium approach (experimental) teaching. Classroom teaching is effective through a multidimensional approach. Students take interest and remain active whereas in traditional teaching students remain passive and do not take interest.
